It depends on the service chosen: an express diagnostic lasts 2 weeks, complete export support spans 8 to 12 weeks, and outsourced supply chain management is deployed over 3 to 6 months minimum. We always adapt the duration to your specific challenges.
Our services start at €2,500 for an express diagnostic. More comprehensive support is subject to a custom quote after a scoping discussion. We systematically establish a detailed proposal before any commitment.
Yes, our support generally includes 1 to 2 on-site sessions as needed: visit to your warehouses, meeting with your operational teams, or visit to your partners. The rest of the work is done remotely to optimize costs.
