It depends on the service chosen: a strategic diagnostic lasts 2 weeks, a full export support spans 8 to 12 weeks. We always adapt the duration to your specific challenges.
Our services start at €2,500 for a strategic diagnostic. More comprehensive support packages are subject to a custom quote after a scoping discussion. We always provide a detailed proposal before any commitment.
Yes, our support packages generally include 1 to 2 on-site sessions as needed: visiting your warehouses, meeting your operational teams, or traveling to your partners. The rest of the work is done remotely to optimize costs.
